About Ashaleah
Ashaleah is a E-RYT Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at an ashram while a resident for over a year. This immersion has uniquely shaped her practice and teaching style. Leah has been blessed with three beautiful sons, including a set of twins which sparked her interest in teaching children’s yoga. She also enjoys singing with a local kirtan band and dancing to live music.
Leah’s specialty is her knowledge of Numerology and the 10 Body System. She hosts six-month long virtual group courses and 1-on-1 courses that promote Spiritual and Personal Development. These courses help you understand yourself better by helping you identify limiting belief systems and release subconscious patterns that help you step into your true path. This ultimitely improves your relationships and communication, and promotes joy, peace, and calm in your life.
Leah is a gifted massage therapist and her clients appreciate the attention that she puts into releasing the neck, shoulders and hips. She has received additional training in Sound Massage, Reiki, Vibrational Raindrop Therapy and Theta Healing. She incorporates this knowledge in her 1-on-1 and group trainings.
Her love of sound and music has led her to offers Sound Baths with her 32″ inch Paiste Gong, 7 Chakra Singing Bowls, 9 Himalayan Singing Bowls and Koshi Chimes throughout the Greater Saint Louis area and beyond, incorporating Meditation and Mantra.
Her energy and light are her gifts to the world. Her passion is sharing her experiences and knowledge to help others on their journey.
